Delve: Monday July 3 2006

First published in Delve Two December 2006.  This is a page from my diary comic. For more information on Delve check out my published comics work.

” I am so excited about getting home. On my travels on Saturday I found “Blood Crazy” by Simon Clark I could’nt wait to get home and finish reading it. It has to be one of my favourite books ever”

Well that’s the end of the best of Delve.

Blood Crazy” by Simon Clark

The two best reviews on the Internet will give some idea and a less glowing one as well.

I remember when my friend lent this to me. He said I would like it, he was right. It was one of those moments in my life I remember vividly. I think I read it in a day, it floored me I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. This book is more than just a page turner, its more than just a genre novel.

Thanks TimB!

    It’s insanely good huh?

Pity he started churning them out on mass and tarnished his legacy.

BTW Bring on the Stillness!!! (Actually ties in nicely with this post…)

Hey Tim, Yeah its a good book, I didn’t notice that before on his wikipedia page he has written a lot of books recently.

I love the drawing on this one David – it has a “living” feeling – very vibrant and animated. It kinda reminds me of some of R. Crumb’s line work actually.

Great hanging out the other night – and next week I am all alone up here at the mountain so we will have to organise to hang out!!!!

Hey thanks Richard, I think I just got right into making the drawing and spent a lot of time on it. Yeah we’ll see each other this week.
