Oh holy god this scared the crap out of me. I will see it in my dreams.

Tumblr still hates me, by the way. I don’t know what I did to piss it off.

    awesome scary is good (sometimes)
That sucks about tumblr! it seems to be working ok for me

    HOT. Narrative negotiating juxtaposition…

One thing – you know the sign says “Central Hospital” and not “General Hospital” right?

  4. draw Says:

yeah I do. General Hospital made more sense to me because its the name of a day time Soap opera. So it has that Juxtaposition with the show and General Hospital is more likely to be googled than Central Hospital.

  5. draw Says:

you know I’m really happy with this as well.

  6. Dick Whyte Says:

    Gotcha – makes sense.

Glad you are happy with it – its one of the best you’ve done in my opinion (though they all have something going on). The unknowns keep getting better and better. They unpack an ontology of comics that leaves formalism and enters the heart of things. From modernism to postmodernism, I guess, in that the abstract comics are modernist in form, while these are postmodern. In fact – these strike me as decidedly protomodernist, though I couldn’t tell you why at this moment. They are really something special.
